Interview Hiring Manager to flesh out Position Description, conceive client requirements and environments, build a Candidate Profile, create Search Strategy – define target candidate and envision management style/corporate culture
Begin a referral based selection model to screen, conduct in-person interviews, evaluate and identify top performers
Includes formatted resume, interview synopsis, interview availability and salary expectations
Coordinate and manage interview logistics with hiring manager and HR, conduct pre and post interview brief and debrief with client and candidate, confirm candidate commitment, present verbal offer prior to written offer contingent on reference checks
Conduct reference checks on selected candidate, present written offer to candidate and secure sign off. Follow-up with client and candidate during the guarantee period.
