Our Search Consultants adhere to the highest ethical and moral standards. We conduct fair and equitable business operations and will never partake in any dishonest or unscrupulous business practice that may be detrimental to any client partner or candidate, or that may compromise our business integrity.

We maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and respect. All intellectual property of both client partners and candidates will be protected, and resumes will only be submitted with the candidate's prior knowledge and approval.

Our policy prohibits us from approaching the employees of our current client partners while executing a search.

We conduct face-to-face, in-depth interviews with all locally based candidates presented to our client partners.

To ensure the job security of our candidates, thorough and accurate reference checks are only executed once a search approaches the offer stage. All reference checks are submitted to our client partners in written format outlining a detailed and accurate account of all information gathered.
