Position:Client Services Director
Location: Calgary, AB
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSD will be responsible to deliver consistently superb client-centric support and project management services in a way that achieves solid client outcome.
This position carries line responsibility for all aspects of change management, process standards & support services to corporate clientele across the company’s product offering. This role will sit on the Senior Management Team (SMT) along with the CEO, VP of IT and VP of Business Development.
Reporting to the CDS are the company’s Help Desk and Client Training resources. It is anticipated that the Client Services team will expand significantly over 2005.
The CDS will work closely with VP of IT, VP of Business Development and the company Controller. Because the senior team is small and the organization’s growing revenue demands, multiple team relationships are required around company and client decision making. The CDS will also interact with Client Directors of Community Services, Project Leads as well as front-line clinicians.
