• Applicants for this position will ideally hold a Microsoft Certified Systems Developer (MCSD) qualification and/or post secondary education at the Diploma or higher level.
• 4+ years dedicated experience in software development.
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
• Previous experience leading software development projects using Windows .NET framework class libraries
• Experienced C# and C++ programmer with object-oriented analysis, design, and application development expertise with strong expertise in applications interfacing to SQL databases.
• Experience in developing software systems that integrate with Microsoft Office.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Good research and investigative skills.
• The ability to use lateral thinking and initiative.
• Capacity to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively independently or with others in a team environment.
• A strong client focus.
• The ability to embrace change and actively look to enhance and improve current processes.
