Technical Opportunities

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Technology Business Solutions will ensure that IT Business Solutions and tools enable excellent client experience and employee engagement through the design, provision and implementation of Business Solution applications.  

 

As a key member the senior leadership team, the VP, Technology Business Solutions provides leadership both in technology management and direction as well as fostering a desirable, motivating environment for all team members. This role provides strategic leadership to the Applications team and is accountable for the successful delivery of multiple strategic projects.

 

The successful candidate will also perform as an IT ambassador with responsibilities to strengthen the relationship between IT and the business and promote project management culture throughout the organization. This position will collaborate with our senior leadership team to set direction for the IT Apps Group to continually improve IT service delivery and quality.

 

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and overseeing the application of disciplined practices and established standards that facilitate the successful implementation of technology enabled business programs and projects in support of enterprise initiatives.
• Designing and implementing an application architecture that will facilitate a holistic, consistent and agile approach to integrating systems that will meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Past experience must include demonstrated knowledge and skills in multiple technology disciplines.
• Minimum of 15 years experience delivering business solutions delivery with 10 years at a senior leadership level. 
• Proven Application Strategy implementation experience
• Previous responsibility for the ownership of multiple (simultaneous) Large Projects (minimum $3M - $5M)
• Strong team focus evidenced by previous experience building and strategically leading a team
