IT MindFinders is conducting a search for a Programmer/Application Developer on behalf of our client located in Vancouver, BC. The Programmer/Application Developer will:

· be involved in all aspects of the application development cycle.
· perform functional analysis and debugging.
· write and update documentation of requirements, design, and source code.
· accurately quantify and estimate application development timelines.
· work to project schedules, timelines and deadlines.
· apply best practices to enhance productivity and application quality.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years programming experience
· sound knowledge of MS SQL 2000/2005
· experience with Programming in the C#, JAVA, XML, and VB
· experience on the use of database performance tuning tools and techniques
· familiarity with object oriented design methodologies, including understanding of UML
· ability to work with small/large team environment as well as an individually
· experience in working with ERP Solutions is a definite asset
