Wendy Melvin is the President and a founding partner of IT MindFinders. She has over nine years of sales and recruitment experience and began her career with one of the world’s largest specialized search and consulting firms. Wendy has represented and placed individuals in a variety of areas including technology, finance, sales and film/television.

Wendy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University in 1996. Since that time, she has been the recipient of several accolades in both corporate and volunteer enterprises and is proud to be known for her stance on the ethics of business integrity. Her years of success as a search consultant are a result of her personal core values.
